1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on agents747. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your agents747 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must not use another person's identity or create an account using false information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your agents747 account credentials – including your password and any OTP codes – confidential and secure. agents747 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your agents747 account, contact support immediately via live chat.
• agents747 will never ask for your password by email, Viber, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it immediately.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your agents747 account with any other person.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when agents747 deems it necessary. Typical documents requested include a government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, or UMID card. Processing of verification documents is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on agents747 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). agents747 does not apply currency conversion charges, and the amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your gaming wallet.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on agents747 is ₱100. Deposits are processed via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Most deposit methods are credited instantly.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on agents747 is ₱200. agents747 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered agents747 account holder.
• Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• agents747 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

agents747 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new agents747 players on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device/IP address.

agents747 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation in a promotion after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6 Game Rules and Betting

By placing any bet or participating in any game on agents747, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of that game and accept the outcome as final once the game or event has been settled in accordance with agents747's settlement rules.

Casino games: All casino games on agents747 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The certification details and RTP percentages for each game are available in the game information panel. agents747 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for outcomes arising from standard game variance.

Sports betting: Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. agents747 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds arising from manifest errors. Void bets are returned to your agents747 wallet in full.

• Bets placed after an event has started (pre-match market) may be voided at agents747's discretion if acceptance was made in error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at agents747's current live odds. Delays in data feeds are possible and may result in bet rejection during rapid changes in game state.
• Settlement of sports bets follows the official result as recognised by the relevant league or governing body. For PBA and UAAP games, the official score at the end of regular time (including any overtime officially part of the game) is used.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on agents747 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on agents747, whether using your own or another person's details.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or mechanical device to automate gameplay or betting activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the agents747 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Money laundering or using agents747 for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds. agents747 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to report suspicious transactions.
• Sharing account access or acting as an agent for another person's gambling activity through your own account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to the agents747 platform.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at agents747 staff or other players.

agents747 monitors accounts for suspicious activity and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation. During any such investigation, pending withdrawals may be held until the matter is resolved.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the agents747 platform – including but not limited to the agents747 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and audiovisual materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of agents747 or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the agents747 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any agents747 content without express written permission.
• Use the agents747 brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally and relates to the terms of a specific bet or game outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulator, whose decision will be final and binding on both parties.
